I graduated from St Petersburg University (Russia) in 1986, where I studied biology and microbiology for 5 years.

Later I studied anthroposophy in Emerson College, and holistic therapies and different modalities of body work in Pembrokeshire College, Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, Barral Institute, Conscious Embodiment Trainings, Resonance Training.

I have been practicing bodywork for over 15 years now. There is so much to learn from our bodies! This journey has been profound and healing for me and I love sharing it with my clients.
