Reflexology

Reflexology is a powerful complementary therapy working with the reflex points in the feet and hands that correspond to the glands, organs, and various parts of the body.

A reflexology session involves applying a gentle finger and thumb pressure to the feet. A treatment can give a feeling of deep relaxation, followed by increased energy.

Research has shown that reflexology is effective and beneficial in many ways. A survey of 170 reflexology studies from 21 countries shows that reflexology:

   Creates relaxation

   Reduces pain

   Improves blood flow

   Aids post-operative recovery

  Regulates blood pressure

  Benefits mental health

   Balances hormones

   Complements cancer care

'When I first made an appointment for reflexology therapy I was very poorly Ana's sensitive hands identified some specific areas of my body which needed help! Over the weeks, reflexology combined with Bach flower remedies (recommended by Anastasia) and my own attention to diet has brought me to a more balanced state of health, for which I am very grateful. I shall be 80 years old at the end of July and I feel great.'
